Chew Time Shark Cartilage Dog Chews are suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes; shark cartilage is a fantastic source of Chondroitin Sulphate, Glucosamine Sulphate, Protein & Calcium.

You can feed Shark Cartilage to your dog as a treat or even a supplement! Simply break it up into smaller pieces for use as training rewards.

Chew Time Shark Cartilage is also great for pets that suffer with joint or mobility issues such as arthritis and hip dysplasia.

How are Chew Time dog chews made?

All Chew Time dog chews are dehydrated or oven-baked, not cooked. Cooked bones can be brittle & hard, and are not fully digestible; they can be dangerous as they tend to splinter and can injure your dog.

Unlike cooked bones, baked or dehydrated bones are softer and more malleable, making them good dental chews for dogs.

How do I know which chew is suitable for my dog?

Check the Chew Time chew meter rating, it indicates how tough the dog chew. The more paws, the tougher the dog chew is! Chew Time Shark Cartilage Whole Dog Chew is recommended for mild chewers and suitable for all dogs.

Which size should I pick?

There is no dog chews that is too big for your dog! Dog chews should be long and big enough for your dog to hold them with their paws when chewing.

A larger dog chew would increase the chewing duration keep your dog occupied for a longer period of time. Its size would also make it less likely for your dog to choke on it.

Cutting up the chews is NOT recommended as this increases the chances of choking. Let the chew scrape away your dog's plaque, the longer your dog chews, the more saliva he'll produce!

Small dog chews can cause choking as dogs may have difficulty holding it, and may try to swallow it whole.
